Project Name: Resiliency Training for Pre-Licensure BSN Students and Faculty
Brief Description: The goal of this project is to implement an innovative program-wide educational intervention, known as Resiliency Training, to undergraduate pre-licensure BSN students and full-time faculty over the course of the funding period and to evaluate student and faculty outcomes associated with the program.

Project Name: New Graduate Nurse Well-Being Research Repository
Brief Description: An ongoing project collecting data from UTA graduates describing psychosocial and work environment factors during the first 15 months of the transition to practice.
